Providence Care Center has two exciting new opportunities for RN Supervisors on the 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM shift for Full Time and Part Time.
Our beautiful campus, located near the coast of Lake Erie, offers residents an array of senior living services. Available Positions
- RN Supervisor – 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Hourly, Full-Time)
- RN Supervisor – 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Hourly, Part-Time)
Hourly: Up to $41 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure an organized system and operation of nursing services.
- Manage nursing care and services, coordinating with the Department of Nursing Service and other departments.
- Oversee resident admissions, assessments, and care planning, including interdisciplinary and acute medical/nursing care plans.
- Attend and participate in resident care conferences.
- Identify and implement remedial measures in response to adverse developments.
- Administer medications and treatments and ensure proper documentation.
- Accompany physicians on rounds and communicate resident condition updates.
- Participate in committee meetings and maintain professional competence through continuing education.
- Assist in evaluating and disciplining nursing staff while reviewing medical records for accuracy.
- Conduct daily resident visits and rounds on all units, keeping the Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing informed.
- Ensure adequate staffing for current and upcoming shifts.
- Comply with all educational in-service requirements, facility policies, and regulatory standards.

Job Requirements
- Associate’s Degree from an accredited School of Nursing
- Current license for Registered Nurse in the state of Ohio.
- Long-term care experience preferred.
- Currently certified in CPR.
- One year supervisory experience is preferred.
- Minimum one year recent clinical experience related to geriatric nursing.
- Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
