Salary: R25,000 per month
Location: South Africa-based (preferably in the Western Cape)
Working Hours: Fully remote, Monday to Friday, aligned with UK business hours

Responsibilities
Candidate Sourcing and Engagement
- Proactively source, attract, and engage candidates through various channels, including job boards, networking, and social media platforms.
- Draft, post, and manage job advertisements tailored to client needs.
- Maintain ongoing communication with candidates, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
- Build strong relationships and oversee candidate transitions throughout the recruitment process.
Market Insights and Opportunity Identification
- Research and share insights on industry trends, market conditions, and emerging opportunities.
- Provide salary benchmarks and skill demand analysis to assist clients and team members.
- Support business development by identifying potential leads and sharing knowledge-driven strategies.
Administrative and Compliance Support
- Conduct pre-employment and compliance checks in line with company policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the internal database.
- Ensure all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and meet compliance standards.
