Job Description
You would be walking colleagues or clients through steps to help them resolve their technical problems, responding to priority Incidences and Alerts via Phone, In person or electronically during and or after office hours while maintaining procedures and reports that provide technical support to the entire organization.
Additionally, to ensure security and privacy of Networks and computer systems, you would be supporting the implementation of new solutions or applications, analyzing records and logs to spot underlying trends and potential issues. By extension, you would be tasked with creating accounts for new users and assisting them with password or login problems.
Expertise
Our expectation is that you have a working knowledge and expertise with variety of software, hardware, and applications including but not limited to Microsoft Office 365, Dynamics 365, Windows 11,3cx, Fresh works, In-tunes and Sophos, with a minimum of 2-years experience in a technical support role.
If you have a basic understanding of Cloud and MSSQL Knowledge, coupled with Microsoft Certified IT Professional/CCNA Certifications then you might be the right person for the role.
