Key Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic services to a diverse patient population, primarily via telehealth (video or phone).
• Conduct initial assessments, individual therapy sessions, group therapies, and family therapy as needed.
• Evaluate mental health requirements and offer counseling, referrals, and intervention services.
• Maintain precise and timely documentation in accordance with federal, state, and organizational standards.

Required Skills

• Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent) in New York State.
• Proficient in telehealth therapy services with a strong grasp of evidence-based practices.
• Patient-centered and empathetic approach to therapy with the capacity to deliver high-quality services remotely.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to ensure accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering telehealth therapy, including individual and group sessions.
• Extensive knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic methodologies.
