Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Business Analytics) or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience with cloud-based data warehousing solutions (e.g. BigQuery).
  • Experience with statistical modeling and forecasting techniques.
  • Experience in the software or technology industry, preferably with SaaS products.
  • Familiarity with Google Cloud.

About The Job

As a Program Management Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the evolving strategy for Google. You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and visualizing data to provide insights into program performance, forecast future trends, and inform strategic decision-making. You will work closely with program managers, sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure data-driven optimization of our efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Gather data from various sources, including CRM systems, marketing platforms, sales databases, and market research, ensuring data quality and integrity. Develop and maintain data repositories and dashboards.
  • Create and maintain regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Google and AI adoption, sales, and market share. Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop forecasting models to predict future performance based on historical data, market trends, and other relevant factors. Refine forecasting methodologies to improve accuracy and provide actionable insights.
  • Translate data analysis into actionable insights and recommendations for program managers and leadership. Contribute to the development of our strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Identify opportunities to improve data collection, analysis, and reporting processes. Develop and implement best practices for data management.
