Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities
- To deliver consistent standards of excellence in all areas of Food & Beverage at Harvey’s Point
- To meet, greet and serve our guests to Harvey’s Point standard
- To ensure precise setup and attention to detail at all times
- To deal with guests’ requests in an effective and timely manner
- To upsell products and services of Harvey’s Point
- Cleanliness of all areas, outside and inside
- Maintain a positive attitude in all areas of the workplace
About The Role
Essential Requirements
- Must be available during weekdays and weekends
- Previous experience is desirable but not essential
- Available to work weekdays and weekends
- Must perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills to maintain good interdepartmental relations
