About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for a Driver – Administrator to join us at Jumeirah Group & Corporate.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role: 

  • Provide courteous, professional, and friendly service at all times, ensuring guests’ comfort and safety during transportation.
  • Maintain vehicles in excellent condition, conduct daily vehicle inspections, and adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
  • Possess thorough knowledge of major landmarks and destinations across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and the Northern Emirates.
  • Accurately complete and maintain vehicle logbooks, including records of trips, maintenance, and fuel usage.
  • Ensure vehicles are stocked with daily newspapers, drinking water, cold towels, and hotel brochures, upholding Jumeirah’s high service standards.
  • Regularly take vehicles for cleaning, ensuring they remain spotless inside and out.
  • Report any accidents, damage, or operational delays to the team leader immediately.
  • Adhere to company policies, always carry a valid UAE driver’s license, and professionally represent Jumeirah properties.
  • Provide administrative support, including maintaining databases, scanning, photocopying, and filing documents.
  • Assist with scheduling, travel arrangements, event planning, and other general administrative tasks as required.

About you:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Valid UAE driving license
  • Proven experience as a private driver in the UAE
  • Excellent knowledge of UAE roads, traffic regulations, and routes
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing schedules
  • High attention to detail and commitment to vehicle maintenance and cleanliness
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information
