Junior Data Analyst
Enfield
Full Time, 9-month fixed term contract with possible extension, 40 hours per week
Salary up to £28,000 per annum
About The Role
Due to a new contract win we are seeking a Junior Data Analyst to join our team. As a Junior Data Analyst you will be working for a Central Government accommodation contract. You will report into the Contract Delivery Director.
As a Junior Data Analyst within our Enfield branch your main duties will include to provide analysis and reporting solutions for an operational team using Veco, Excel and our purpose-built CRM reporting suite. To act as the key conduit between the operational management team and our IT developers, optimising the capability of information technology to support the delivery of our business objectives. To provide data analysis to support the identification and delivery of continuous improvement initiatives. This role would suit a naturally inquisitive individual who uses their initiative to propose analysis and investigation aligned to our team objectives.
Role Criteria
- Experience in ITIL, IT Service Management, data analysis, systems management and reporting via Excel
- Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally
- Understanding of Systems and Technical Solutions
- Understanding of Data Management
