Job Description

Job Purpose

The Centre Manager is responsible for managing center operations and provides leadership in strategic and operational planning. He/She leads the development of center initiatives, and improvements for effective delivery of center programs and services.

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

Supporting Actions

Centre Operations

  • Monitor the complete centre operation.
  • Mobilize students for skill development programs and suggest appropriate trades based on profiling.
  • Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Plans specified in project guidelines

Stakeholder Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with government departments, schools, ITIs, colleges, Employment Exchanges, public representatives, local administration, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Educate stakeholders about the value propositions offered in the field of Skill Development, Education, and Employability.

Team Management

  • Manage a team of trainers responsible for delivering training, both in the classroom and online using.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the training team.

Placement Coordination

  • Collaborate with the EEDP Partner, Local and Corporate placement teams to facilitate the placement of skilled candidates.
  • Collaborate with EEDP Partner and trained skills to setup new Entrepreneurs and extend handholding to them to be a successful entrepreneur.

Finance Management

  • Ensure effective financial management of the Centre in Tally and getting all required documentation in place for quarterly & yearly audit on requirement as and when necessary.

MIS & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate Management Information System (MIS) and reporting in line with given Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
