Expectation

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our

dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, a

strong understanding of current digital marketing tools and strategies, and the ability to lead

integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution

Key Responsibilities

Expectation Digital Strategy Development –

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive online traffic.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in vertical that the company operates in.

SEO/SEM –

  • Optimize website content and landing pages for search engine marketing.
  • Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization.

Campaign Management –

  • Plan and hands on execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

Content Creation and Management –

  • Develop content calendars and ensure content is informative, engaging, and aligned with brand messaging.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to create landing pages and optimize user experience.

Analytics and Reporting –

  • Use data to identify trends and insights, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly reports on campaign performance and suggest improvements.

Collaboration and Coordination –

  • Work closely with the other teams to align digital strategies with overall marketing goals.

Key Requirement

  • Proven working experience of minimum 4 years in digital marketing in a B2B startup.
  • Demonstrable experience in managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics and Tag Manager and other relevant tools).
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints is a plus.
