Minimum Requirement

  • 1. Minimum 3 – 5 years (for middle PMO) or more than 5 years ( for senior) of experiences in Multifinance and Financial Industry (Banking, FinTech, etc) and/or top Consulting Firm along with the proven capability of strong leadership skills
  • 2. Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, Information Technology,
  • 3. Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • 4. Have experience managing multiple projects, and good in coordination and communications
  • 5 Strong problem solving, quantitative, critical and logical thinking, and analysis.
  • 6. Ability to quickly understand complex discussions and grasp the critical issues to focus on
  • 7. Creative in providing out-of-the-box solutions while remaining structured and methodical
  • 8. Have adequate product/tech knowledge (e.g. knows what is API, BRD).
  • 9. Growth mindset to always go the extra mile in learning and upgrading yourself, can-do attitude, be agile and flexible in adapting to a dynamic environment.
  • 10. Able to work independently and cross-functionally and clearly identify dependencies, escalate potential roadblocks and recommend effective actions
  • 11. Good in English
  • 12. Willing to work onsite
