Job Description
- This role focuses on building partnerships with major E-Commerce retailers such as Amazon and Viovet, optimizing product performance, and delivering growth through data-driven strategies.
- Working closely with cross functional teams, the E-Commerce Account Manager will ensure seamless roll out of sales initiatives, enhance customer experience, and reach key performance targets across our brand portfolio.
- A typical week would involve managing online sales channels, understanding complex platform ecosystems like Amazon Vendor Central, and developing relationships with digital sales partners across different markets., We are flexible on where the person in this role lives due to the hybrid/home working nature of this position, however living close to Peterborough, Monmouth or London would be ideal in order to attend meetings onsite.

- International Amazon experience and direct-to-consumer (D2C) website management skills.
- Experience in pet supplements or equine space is a beneficial asset, though not a mandatory requirement
- Technical knowledge and ability to understand complex e-commerce ecosystems are more critical than industry-specific background
- Commercial mindset, with responsibilities including uploading new products, managing platform visibility, tracking sales metrics, and generating insights for senior leadership
- You will be a team player who can apply strong commercial skills and align with the company\\\’s collaborative culture
