Job Description
- Supporting the team with the day-to-day running of our in-house catering.
- Producing a wide variety of foods, from prep-work to serving and clearing, following both traditional and modern recipes, including breakfast, soups, desserts, and lunch.
- Adhering to all applicable health and safety regulations, HACCPs and our in-house Food Safety Management System.
- Supporting the catering team to achieve the highest possible standards.
- Ensuring the kitchen and serving area is maintained to the highest level of cleanliness.
- Supporting training and development of junior members of the team, e.g. Catering Assistants., You will work with talented and passionate people to support, develop or publish our sophisticated and enduring games, in a creative, collaborative and inclusive environment. We love what we do, and we work hard to provide outstanding experiences for our players.
Excellent working knowledge of cooking and baking techniques.
- Proven experience of working in a similar role within the hospitality industry, ideally within the catering sector.
- Understanding and experience of stock management and control.
- Excellent customer service with a passion for promoting a fun environment.
- Ability to work with fresh ingredients, and cook-to-order when required.
- Compliant and up to date with Health & Safety rules and regulation.
- Great team player with a positive hands-on approach to all the catering tasks, ensuring an inspiring and efficient team environment.
- Ability to work under pressure, and comfortable in a very flexible, fast-paced working environment.
