Job Descriptions

  • Implement selected interventions safely to relieve pain; achieve and maintain health and fitness, functional independence and physical performance, and manage the identified impairments, disabilities and limits to participation.
  • Screen for chronic and secondary conditions to promote prevention and early intervention.
  • Participate in department clinical in-service training.
  • Compile and maintain relevant documentation, records and reports for inspection by the appropriate authorities, both internal and external auditors.
  • Provide prompt updates on patients’ progress and teach a range of patient management strategies to family/carers.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor in Physiotherapy
  • Working experience in a hospital or Rehab Centre set-up in the Return-to-Work Programme will be an added advantage
  • Experience in working with patients who have a range of conditions, including Neurological, Musculoskeletal, Cardiovascular and Orthopaedic.
  • Ability to exercise good judgment, initiative and resourcefulness in directing the activities of the assigned areas
  • Sound analytical and problem-solving skills.
