Scrum Master(SN0212)

• The Scrum Master is responsible for facilitating the Scrum process within an organization.
• They serve as a coach for the team, ensuring that Scrum practices and principles are adhered to and helping teams improve their workflow and delivery processes.
• The Scrum Master works closely with both the development team and stakeholders to ensure that goals are met efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives.
• Coach team members on Scrum practices and Agile principles.
• Identify and remove impediments or roadblocks that may hinder the team’s progress.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of experience in a Scrum Master or Agile coaching role.
• Experience working with Agile teams in software development or other relevant industries.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Scrum certification is preferred.
