Position Overview
Kbros Aristo is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Interior Trainer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training programs on interior design and related skills to our team and clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior design, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Training Delivery: Conduct engaging and informative training sessions on interior design principles, trends, and techniques.
- Curriculum Development: Develop and update training materials and programs to ensure they are current with industry standards and company needs.
- Client Interaction: Provide training and support to clients, helping them understand and implement design concepts effectively.
- Performance Evaluation: Assess the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements.
- Knowledge Sharing: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in interior design and share this knowledge with the team.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in interior design, with a proven track record in training or teaching.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
