About The Opportunity

We are seeking friendly and detailed individuals to join our FASHIONPHILE team as a Personal Shopping Assistant to assist clients via phone, email, and chat with questions about our luxury accessories and handbags. Among many things, Personal Shoppers assist customers in selecting the best item at the best price point, reviewing hardware and textiles, comparing items, and even verifying important date codes. This is a full-time Monday-Friday (8:00am-4:30pm) position located at our headquarters in Carlsbad, CA. Responsibilities include:

• Assist clients with inquiries regarding items on the website; typically, on condition or noted flaws
• Assist clients with general inquiries over phone, chat, and/or email along with escalated calls
• Use proper “pulling” procedures when needing to request an item for a client or by using the scanner
• Use proper phone etiquette when facilitating client service inquiries and requests
• Proficiency in FASHIONPHILE back-end computer systems and ensuring the accuracy of all procedures to the PSA team
• Partner with PSA Supervisor to keep training content and materials up-to-date
• Effectively communicate with other departments to resolve client issues
• Attend FASHONPHILE Brand trainings

What We’re Looking For

• Ability to communicate with high-end clients on the phone, email, or chat throughout an 8-hour shift
• Working knowledge of Customer Service and valuing the customer experience
• Knowledge of high-end luxury handbags and accessories preferred
• Prior experience working in a call center environment is a plus but not required
• Strong proficiency in working with online websites
• Prior experience working with Ring Central and Salesforce
• Extremely organized and ability to multi-task
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must have integrity and consistently exhibit strong work ethics
• Due to the small size of the department, reliability and consistency is essential

Pay Rate: This position begins at $23.00/HR for all New Hires into FASHIONPHILE’s Carlsbad, CA location.
