School office experience or volunteer experience (preferred)
Clerical duties as assigned
Major Duties And Responsibilities
- Filing – set up new files and keep all files orderly and current.
- Type correspondence, forms, etc.
- Answer telephone, take messages, and transfer calls.
- General receptionist duties.
- Assist students and teachers when required.
Equipment Used:
Personal computer, typewriter, printer, copier, and fax machine.
Working Conditions
Work with frequent interruptions, maintain emotional control under stress. Repetitive hand motions.
