Role Overview
We are looking for a confident and motivated Marketing Executive to join our ever growing team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience, in a professional capacity (preferably in healthcare), and have strong interpersonal skills.
The role will be responsible for developing and fostering community engagement, enhancing brand awareness, influencer/affiliate management, playing a part in content creation and analysing performance metrics to optimise strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty
- Assist in content creation as well as creating assets for advertising, where needed.
- Identify target audiences and tailor content to meet their needs and preferences.
- Be involved in the creation of graphics, videos, and written posts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with brand messaging and regulatory guidelines
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner, fostering community engagement and brand loyalty
- Build and maintain relationships with followers and industry professionals/partner influencers and brand ambassadors
- Track, analyse, and report on key social media metrics (e.g., engagement rates, follower growth) to measure the effectiveness of social media strategies and campaigns
- Stay informed about industry regulations and trends that impact social media marketing in the healthcare space
Requirements
Requirements
- 2-3 years experience in a professional capacity
- Holistic marketing experience across the board from paid ads through to creating assets when required.
- In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram) and their best practices
- Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads and Hubspot.
- Familiarity with design based softwares such as Canva, Figma and/or Adobe.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to create compelling and compliant content
- Ability to analyse social media metrics and use insights to improve strategy and performance.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Strong relationship-building skills to foster community engagement and collaboration
- Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Understanding of pharmaceutical regulations and ethical marketing practices relevant to social media
- Desirable: A degree in business marketing, PR or Communications
- Nice to have: Experience working with Shopify. Agency experience.
