At GroundGame.Health we close the health equity gap by leveraging digital technology to help eliminate inequities in the US healthcare delivery system by removing social determinant barriers for members who need help.

We are looking for a self-starter, team-oriented, creative professional to join our team as a Bilingual Senior Health Content Specialist (English/Spanish). If you are a rockstar content developer with a passion for member engagement, health equity, and journey building, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Produce well-researched, culturally nuanced content for text messages, phone scripts, emails, and other outreach modalities tailored to Hispanic/Latin and Spanish-speaking audiences.
  • Convey the meaning, tone, and voice of content, while adapting it to the target audience.
  • Demonstrate ability to follow established guidelines in the Content Team Style Guide to develop high quality, consistent and scalable content products.
  • Work closely with the English content team to understand journey design and calls to action for specific messages and apply a similar framework to Spanish-language content.
  • Develop a repository of cultural and linguistic references, glossaries and other resource materials to enhance the Spanish-language content development process and adaptations.
  • Experience in client- facing environments, with and an ability to address unique client needs, requirements and feedback, while assessing impacts of client customization requests to content and journey logic.
  • Follow writing schedules to complete all necessary tasks within the deadlines provided.
  • Utilize best practices and familiarity with GroundGame.Health mission to inspire content ideas.
  • Configure templated content, and outline impacts of content customization for journey logic and corresponding timelines.
  • Break down data analysis and content testing insights into actionable content enhancements.
  • Reflect unique needs, cultural views, and barriers to health of Spanish-speaking audiences in content.
  • Help translate business requirements into appropriate content and journey logic
  • Other projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in bilingual content development.
  • Strong written communication skills with an ability to convey key information in a clear, concise, and effective manner according to plain language best practices.
  • Native Spanish fluency with native or near-native proficiency in English.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to tell a story in 160 characters or less.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and willingness to communicate with multiple stakeholders including clients, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects with different objectives simultaneously.
  • Strict adherence to guidelines provided by clients and internal teams, attention to detail and dedication to quality.
  • Excellent time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary.
  • Understanding of the US healthcare system, including HEDIS Quality Measures, SDOH, and unique needs of the Hispanic community.
  • Understanding of personalization and cultural nuancing related to health equity and member engagement.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and process mapping tools such as LucidChart and Miro.
  • Proven success in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
  • Customer-focused attitude and ability to work proactively and efficiently with an appropriate sense of urgency.
  • Ability to be flexible and work in a rapidly and constantly changing environment while meeting deadlines.
  • Be a self-starter.
