The Caswell Research Station is seeking an Administrative Specialist that will provide administrative office support for the Superintendent and station staff. Duties include processing invoices, entering purchase orders, use of QuickBooks, and Human Resource tasks required to support on-site program operations for NCDA and NCSU. Our ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, interpret, and explain policies and procedures. Â

Key Responsibilities include
- Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Â
- Reconciling P-Cards.Â
- Purchasing through E-Procurement
- Human Resources tasksÂ
- Receiving/processing office mail
- Providing clerical support.
- Generating reports and other duties as assigned.

High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) diploma and two years of related administrative experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
