Job Description
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in a sales role in the enterprise software or cloud space at the education landscape.
- 3 years of experience working in the Brazilian education landscape.
- Experience promoting Software as a Service (SaaS), Productivity, or Collaboration technology solutions to education vertical clients.
- Experience designing and promoting products for educational institutions in the Brazilian education market.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience prospecting, building, and maintaining customer relationships, acquiring new logos at scale, and securing the foundational workload to accelerate consumption business growth.
- Experience prioritizing, planning, and organizing solution-based sales activity within business cycles, including qualifying accounts and leveraging the partner ecosystem.
- Knowledge of market trends, products, and solutions in Cloud and Productivity and Collaboration for Education field.
- Knowledge of Google for Education Programs and Services, and experience with Google Workspace tools and applications.
- Passion for transforming learning through technology, with an interest for building Greenfield territories.
About The Job
As a Google Workspace for Education Sales Specialist, you will help grow the Productivity and Collaboration business by building and expanding relationships with new customers. In this role, you will work with customers to deliver business value, demonstrate product functionality, and provide a comprehensive overview of key business use cases. You will lead day-to-day relationships with cross-functional team members and external customers in the education community, while identifying innovative ways to multiply impact and the impact of the team as a whole to drive overall value for Google Cloud.

Responsibilities
- Build relationships with customers as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor, managing business cycles, identifying solution use cases, and influencing long-term strategic direction of accounts.
- Deliver against quota and achieve or exceed strategic business and growth goals while forecasting and reporting territory business.
- Work with Google accounts and cross-functional teams (e.g., Customer Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, Channels) to develop go-to-market strategies, drive pipeline and business growth, close agreements, understand customers, and provide positive prospect and customer experience.
- Construct and execute a territory development plan.
- Lead prospecting, acquisition, and development of new Google Workspace for Education opportunities in the assigned territory, creating and building customer relationships, while also maintaining and building current accounts.
