This position is full-time, requires a hybrid work schedule, and is only available in New York or Los Angeles.
Responsibilities
Role Overview
As a Creative Strategist, you’ll help lead clients. You can put yourself in the shoes of other people—going beyond data and insights alone to make ideas human, impactful, and unexpected. You’ll be part of a team of writers, strategists, and other mixed background creatives, pushing the work as we build the agency for the next ten years.
The ideal candidate is obsessed with harnessing insights with new and varied channels to create opportunities for brands to connect with culture and make a consumer impact. We are looking for a team member with a solid foundation and proven track record of success for using stories to cultivate conversation.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leads across the agency to integrate storytelling into all of our initiatives
- Provide oversight on content strategy, design, creative and execution alongside production, communications and digital strategy leads
- Support our team’s and our clients’ approach to creative executions
- Bring fresh thinking and collaborative spirit to team when developing work
Qualifications
- 2+ years of relevant experience contributing a diverse creative team
- Experience taking consumer insights and turn them into integrated strategies
- Experience working on digital campaigns
- Demonstrated work ethic and collaborative spirit
- Experience multi-tasking and prioritizing workload with quick turnarounds
- Experience taking projects from concept to design
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Experience presenting concepts and applying creative solutions to strategic business problems
- Experience iterating and evolve concepts with constructive feedback
- Fluent in the digital and social story formats of today, and curious for the ones to come tomorrow
- Ability to thrive in a diverse environment and contribute to the overall culture of Day One
- Consistently informed about industry-relevant AI trends, tools, and applications with basic proficiency in generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, MidJourney, Runway, DALL·E, or similar platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree
Preferred Qualifications:
- Understanding of how AI can be leveraged for data analysis, audience segmentation, and ad optimization.

The Company is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base compensation range for this role is $60,000 – $75,000 and this position is eligible for benefits that include medical insurance (health, dental, and vision), retirement plan, paid time off, paid parental leave, new business and employee referral bonuses, etc. Please note that the compensation information provided is a good faith estimate for New York City based hires only and is provided pursuant to the New York City Pay Transparency Law. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as candidates’ relevant work experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
