What We Need
The Specialist, Specialty plays a crucial role in resolving escalations, supporting operational workflows, and ensuring a high standard of service. This hands-on position focuses on managing escalated issues, collaborating across teams, and contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our operations.
What You Will Do
- Serve as the primary resource for handling escalations, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolutions for patients, providers, and internal stakeholders.
- Support and prioritize operational workflows to address high-impact areas and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assist with seamless member transitions and uphold service quality.
- Analyze escalated issues to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
- Maintain accurate documentation on escalation procedures and workflows.
- Contribute to projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Partner with leadership to align on operational goals and uphold a “white glove” service approach.
What You Need

- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field preferred (relevant experience may substitute).
- 2-3 years of experience in healthcare operations or the durable medical equipment (DME) industry, with exposure to escalations or service recovery.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on resolving escalations diplomatically.
- Collaborative approach to working with teams to align on solutions and ensure consistency in service delivery.
