Essential Duties And Responsibilites
- Program Development: Design and develop engaging training programs, materials, and resources to address organizational needs and employee development goals.
- Needs Assessment: Conduct training needs assessments to identify gaps in skills and knowledge. Utilize surveys, interviews, and performance data to inform training plans.
- Facilitation: Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars using various instructional techniques including simulations, group discussions, and e-learning platforms.
- Technology Integration: Implement and manage online learning resources such as LinkedIn Learning to ensure the organization utilizes best-in-class technology for training.
- Evaluation: Develop and use evaluation methods to assess training effectiveness. Gather feedback and make continuous improvements to training content and delivery.
- Compliance Training: Collaborate with the Risk & Compliance team to manage and develop internal compliance training programs.
- Leadership Development: Support and enhance existing leadership programs like Elevate and create new programs to ensure a robust succession pipeline.
- Pulse Surveys: Partner with the HR department to craft and distribute pulse surveys. Analyze survey data to develop targeted learning plans and programs.
Additional Responsibilites
- Demonstrate professionalism in communication, attitude, and teamwork.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, safety regulations, and local, state, and federal laws.
- Maintain awareness of compliance requirements related to financial institutions, with emphasis on BSA/AML/CIP, Consumer Privacy, Regulation CC, Information Security, Bank Protection Act, FACT-Identity Theft, Information Technology, and GLBA.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities
This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, Education, or a related field preferred.
- At least three (2) years of experience in training and development; financial services experience is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of training and development principles, adult learning theories, and instructional design techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to design and deliver effective training programs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and e-learning software.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
