Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Office Manager with event coordination and planning, including holiday gatherings, happy hours, firm events, birthdays, and anniversaries.
- Provide support on company projects as needed.
- Monitor and track client reviews across various platforms.
- Maintain an organized inventory of office supplies, tracking usage and anticipating future needs.
- Assist with business-related errands for the firm.
- Perform additional administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills, creativity, and ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

42,000 – 45,000 USD per year(AIL Main Office)
