Learning Management & Systems Coordinator
Job Description
- Analytics and learning objectives KPI coordinator
- Data collection, processing, and presentation for EHS, WFD, and Fleet safety.
- Backend connections and database management
- Creation and maintenance for gateways for support departments
- Head administrator of the LMS (Workforce Academy)
- Content creation, module creation, maintenance, troubleshooting
- Primary contact for LMS provider
- Assist in onboarding instruction, EHS awareness training
- Day to day management of department inboxes
- Support for workforce academy
- Enrollment/unenrollment into systems, quiz resets, troubleshooting, data reports, suggestion, comments, feedback
- Review all survey data
- Manage training sessions (for all trainers)
Qualifications
- Prior experience in LMS 365 preferred
- 3-5 years’ experience in learning management system coordination
