Data Privacy and Artificial Intelligence Intern (Remote)

STATUS: Part-time, Spring 2025 (10-15 hours/week)

INTERNSHIP OBJECTIVES:

The Data Privacy and Artificial Intelligence Intern will assist the Associate General Counsel in matters related to data privacy and compliance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist Associate General Counsel in updating and drafting company privacy and/or Artificial Intelligence (AI) policies.
• Partner with Associate General Counsel on reviewing data privacy risks associated with media distribution.
• Work with Associate General Counsel to review and update data processing agreements as needed.
• Work with the Technology and Analytics Department, with direction from Associate General Counsel, to assess the use and availability of AI tools in the company’s current operational and software systems.
• Other projects and duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Current Graduate student or Law student
• Educational Focus on Data Privacy Law and Compliance, Artificial Intelligence, Data Governance, or similar field
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Excellent analytical skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
• General knowledge of, and interest in, the media business (strongly preferred)
