- Conduct data analysis about driver planning, focusing on performance and resource allocation.
- Design and manage driver pricing strategies, including payouts and bonuses, to align with business goals.
- Lead initiatives to improve algorithms and product
- Manage profit and loss by optimizing costs with the objective of improving business SOPs (both for drivers & stakeholders)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data-driven strategies with business objectives.
Requirements
- Proficiency in SQL and Tableau.
- Min. 2-3 years of experience in business intelligence, strategic planning, or a related field.
- Previous experience in ride-hailing or food delivery industries is a strong advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Math, Statistics, or Business) from a top-tier university.
- Highly self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
