The KPI Institute is a leading research organization focused on business performance across various domains. We’re launching a new project, the Institute for Life Management Science (ILMS), which integrates management science with social sciences to explore personal management systems.
Role Overview
We’re looking for a Senior Research Quality Assurance to ensure our research reports are accurate, complete, and reliable. You’ll review reports, provide feedback, and help maintain high standards for our research output.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate Reviews: Guide researchers, track review tasks, and communicate the review process.
- Quality Checks: Review research reports for accuracy, identify issues, and suggest improvements.
- Document: Keep records of the review process and feedback.
- Improve Systems: Evaluate and enhance the quality assurance system.
- Learn & Share: Participate in learning opportunities and share knowledge.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Experience in research, analysis, or quality assurance.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
