PANZERA is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Supply Chain Analyst to enhance our operational e?ciency and streamline supply chain processes. This role involves analysing inventory trends, optimising logistics, coordinating with suppliers, and improving overall supply chain performance to ensure seamless product availability and customer satisfaction.

Task & Responsibilities
Supply Chain Data Analysis & Reporting
- Collect, analyse, and report on key data related to supply chain performance, inventory levels, sales, and order fulfilment.
- Provide insights to improve operational e?ciency and reduce costs.
- Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order fulfilment rates, delivery times, and customer satisfaction metrics.
Inventory Management & Forecasting
- Monitor stock levels to ensure continuous minimising excess inventory.
- Forecast material and component needs based on production schedules and anticipated demand.
- Identify optimal reorder points and coordinate with suppliers to restock inventory e?ciently.
- Maintain accuracy of stock records, ensuring real-time updates.
Supplier & Logistics Coordination
- Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
- Monitor supplier lead times and performance to prevent production delays.
- Communicate with couriers, freight forwarders, and customs agents to streamline international and domestic shipping.
- Optimise warehouse storage and logistics operations to enhance e?ciency and reduce costs.
Order Ful?lment & Shipping
- Oversee processing of online orders, ensuring prompt and accurate shipments.
- Coordinate with logistics partners (e.g., DHL, FedEx, Australia Post) to optimise shipping solutions.
- Prepare and review shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations.
Returns & Quality Control
- Manage product returns e?ciently, ensuring accurate logging and analysis.
- Coordinate with production teams for necessary repairs or refurbishment of returned products.
- Implement quality control measures to prevent defects and ensure customer satisfaction.
Cost Optimisation & Process Improvement
- Analyse shipping and supply chain costs, identifying areas for cost reduction.
- Identify bottlenecks in supply chain processes and recommend e?ciency improvements.
- Assist in developing long-term strategies to enhance supply chain resilience.
Qualification & Experience
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related ?eld.
- 1-3 years of experience in supply chain analysis, inventory management, or logistics.
- Familiarity with supply chain software or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
Technical & Soft Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to interpret complex data.
- Pro?ciency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, data analysis, forecasting tools).
- Knowledge of supply chain best practices, inventory optimisation, and logistics.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with suppliers, warehouse teams, and customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities e?ectively.
