Job Title: Tele Sales Executive & Customer Service Executive

Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals for the positions of Tele Sales Executive and Customer Service Executive. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing exceptional service, and driving sales through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling inbound/outbound calls and resolving customer inquiries.
- Upselling and cross-selling products or services.
- Managing customer concerns and ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
- Maintaining accurate customer records and feedback.
- Meeting or exceeding sales and customer satisfaction targets.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Experience:
- Minimum 12 years of experience in tele-sales, customer service, or similar roles.
- Experience with CRM software and MS Office is a plus.
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Preferred: Previous experience in B2B or B2C sales, or a customer service role in a call center environment.
