We are looking for a new colleague to join our cross-European team in delivering significant and engaging internal and external communications. Reporting directly to the Head of Communications in Europe, the ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing and implementing communication strategies, establishing relationships with partners, and crafting compelling, audience-specific messages. Strong copy-writing skills and experience in corporate communications and project management are key qualities.

How You’ll Make An Impact

  • Execution of essential communication plans with a strong focus on critical messaging, brand and employer branding positioning and employee engagement.
  • Content creation – writing and editing articles, producing videos and other communication materials, ensuring consistency in messaging and tone.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams, to ensure a cohesive and consistent brand message in the region.
  • Building strong relationships and collaboration with your colleagues and acting as an advisor to senior management, the business and other corporate functions
  • Managing social media accounts and develop engaging content for various platforms.
  • Organizing initiatives and planning events
  • Establishing impact metrics and measurements, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement of communication strategies in the region.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field
  • 5-10 years of experience in communications
  • Fluent in business English, both written and spoken
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages for various audiences
  • Experience in managing social media accounts and creating engaging content
  • Experience with project and event management
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
