Key Responsibilities:

Content Planning & Strategy:

  • Coordinate the workflow of content creation, editing, and approval processes to ensure timely and relevant content delivery.
  • Liaise with internal teams to gather content requirements, feedback, and develop content strategies that align with company objectives.
  • Plan, organize, and schedule content across various platforms (websites,email, SMS campaigns, etc.).

Content Creation, Editing, Optimization:

  • Produce high-quality, engaging content in Finnish.
  • Ensure all content is consistent with business goals and brand messaging,brand voice, style, and guidelines.
  • Proofread and edit content for clarity, grammar, style, and accuracy.
  • Ensure that all content is optimized for user engagement and conversions.
  • Monitor content performance (engagement, traffic, etc.) through analytics and provide regular reports.
  • Make recommendations based on analytics and adjust strategies accordingly to improve content effectiveness.

CRM:

  • Gain a solid understanding of our rewards products & collaborate with other stakeholders on determining required improvements and user acceptance testing.
  • Set up & QA all the necessary components of the communications plans & rewards mechanics in their respective back offices (owned or external).
  • Implement A/B testing strategies on an ongoing basis, to ensure that optimization of player engagement and cost remains at the heart of all communications & rewards.
  • Ensure that different stakeholders have visibility of existing or future offers & promotions, bonuses, automations, as well as their impact on KPIs.
  • Monitor automated journeys and ad-hoc promotions, report on their performance and adapt them when required.
  • Support the wider retention team in the implementation of new technologies,processes or testing methodologies.
  • Collaborate with wider retention team and other departments for the ongoing improvement of rewards tools and processes.
  • Create and update procedures and best practices for the CRM department.

Research:

  • Conduct research to stay up to date with CRM and industry standards and trends, competitor content, and audience preferences.
  • Ensure content is relevant and reflects the latest industry developments, with a goal of constantly improving and optimising creative and transactional copy.

You’ll need to have:

  • At least 1 years’ experience in a relevant iGaming CRM/Retention/Rewards role
  • Experience with Reward mechanics: tournaments, loyalty systems, bonuses, free rounds, free bets, etc.
  • Experience with Slots & Live Casino required, Sportsbook is a plus
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to be self-sufficient and multi-task
  • Meticulous attention to detail, excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Strong team player
  • Fluent in Finnish and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
