Job Description
The Vice President of Human Resources will report to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the global HR strategy. This leader will oversee U.S.-based and international HR operations, organizational performance, and compensation programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives across diverse regions. With a team that includes direct reports and indirect reports, the VP of HR will drive initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness and position Propio as an employer of choice in a competitive global landscape.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the CHRO and global leadership team to design and implement HR strategies that drive business results and employee engagement.
- Lead U.S. and international HR operations, ensuring seamless integration of global practices with regional needs.
- Develop and implement innovative organizational performance frameworks to improve effectiveness, efficiency, and adaptability across the enterprise.
- Leverage data and analytics to identify trends, measure progress, and inform decision-making.
- Oversee global compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with the organization’s overall strategy.
- Lead the design and implementation of performance-based compensation systems that reward innovation and results.
- Manage global HR operations to ensure efficient, compliant, and scalable processes across regions.
- Align HR policies and practices with local regulations while maintaining consistency with global strategies.
- Foster a high-performing, collaborative team culture that supports employee development and business objectives.
- Integrate technology and AI solutions to streamline HR processes and enhance the employee experience.
- Lead change management initiatives that enable the organization to adapt quickly to shifting priorities and market conditions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an HR leader in a global organization, with expertise in managing both U.S.-based and international operations.
- Strong knowledge of organizational performance, compensation, and HR operations across multiple regions.
- Demonstrated success in leading and developing teams, with a focus on collaboration and empowerment.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to balance high-level vision with operational execution.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with experience working across cultures and geographies.
- Advanced degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field is preferred.
