The Opportunity

  • Join our team as a Clinical Partnerships Advisor, where you’ll build and nurture relationships with healthcare providers, colleges, and employers in the United States to expand access to high-quality telehealth services. You’ll take the lead in developing referral pathways, identifying new market opportunities, and driving strategic growth while representing our brand with professionalism and warmth. Responsibilities

  • Establish and nurture new and existing relationships with referral partners (e.g., therapy offices, specialty clinics, PCPs, FNPs, colleges, etc.) in the United States
  • Problem solve, implement and execute referral pathways for various partners, finding solutions that support their needs within Lavender’s existing infrastructure
  • Find opportunities in new US markets or with new partners by attending conferences, responding to listserv opportunities, researching new markets and identifying where strong potential referral partners exist
  • Take initiative in new and existing territories to build relationships and partnerships
  • Manage metrics and ROI

Required Qualifications

  • Degree in healthcare administration, business, marketing, public health, social work, or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Understanding of US healthcare market and potential partners
  • 3–5 years of experience in healthcare partnerships, business development, provider relations, or a similar role within telehealth, mental health, or primary care settings
  • Experience working with referral networks such as therapy offices, primary care providers, FNPs, and specialty clinics
  • Strong relationship-building and networking skills with a proven ability to engage and maintain partnerships with healthcare professionals and organizations
  • Sales and business development skills, including market research, lead generation, and pipeline management
  • Ability to analyze and develop ROI metrics to measure partnership success and business growth
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to represent the company in a professional and approachable manner
  • Willingness and ability to travel to the US for conferences, meetings, and networking events as needed
  • Passion for mental health and telehealth innovation, with an understanding of the industry landscape and challenges in the US
