Bulls Media is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and driving growth opportunities. This role requires a strong understanding of media strategies and excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and objectives.
  • Create and present strategic media plans tailored to client goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to execute campaigns and ensure timely delivery.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide clients with regular updates and insights.
  • Identify upselling opportunities and work to grow account revenue.
  • Prepare and present reports, proposals, and recommendations to clients.
  • Resolve any client issues or concerns promptly and professionally.

Requirements:
