Job responsibilities
The Car Parking Administrator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Trusts car parking services for both staff and visitors. This position involves being the primary point of contact for all car parking-related inquiries and issues, managing the eligibility criteria and application processes, and ensuring these are consistently updated in line with Trust guidelines. The administrator will oversee the physical car parking site systems, working closely with contractors and consultants to implement and upgrade systems as necessary.
In addition to car parking responsibilities, the role supports the Trust Car Parking Manager and Transport Service Manager with various tasks, including those related to patient and staff transport. This includes providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the efficient functioning of the entire transport team. The administrator is also responsible for reviewing and updating the car parking policy regularly, ensuring it aligns with Trust timeframes and standards.
This position requires strong organisational and communication skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a professional and approachable demeanour.
