Skills Required:

  • Verbal Communication: Effectively communicating with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Written Communication: Crafting clear and compelling job descriptions, emails, and other written communications.
  • Time Management: Managing multiple job openings and candidates simultaneously.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in job postings & candidate information.
  • Social Media Savvy: Leveraging platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, various other job boards for sourcing candidates.
  • Salary and Benefits Negotiation: Working with candidates and hiring managers to agree on terms of employment.
  • Convincing candidates to consider job opportunities and accept job offers.
  • Promoting the company as an employer of choice.

What will you do?

  • Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks, job boards.
  • Identify and refine down the most suitable talent from available candidates.
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and virtual/in-person interviews.
  • Should know the process of recruitment along with headhunting, cold calling and identifying the right talent which will fit into the culture of the organization.
  • Stay up-to-date with current recruiting methods.
  • Assisting the HR Manager in Internal/External communication to various stakeholders.
  • Help arrange team events and activities that help foster interpersonal relationships.
  • Deployment and management of access to company tools to employees.
  • Allocation and management of company owned devices to employees.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practice and recommend improvements.

Work Experience: 2 – 4 years

Working days: Monday – Friday(Work from Office)

Location: Okhla Phase 1 (3 Days) & Gurugram, Haryana (2 days)
