Job Description

Job Purpose:

The Recruitment Consultant is responsible for managing the entire recruitment process from client acquisition and relationship management to candidate sourcing, placement, and post-placement support. This role requires a strategic approach to both business development and candidate management, ensuring the delivery of high-quality recruitment services.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and meetings.
  • Provide strategic advice to clients on market trends, candidate availability, and recruitment strategies.
  • Foster a partnership approach, positioning yourself as an extension of the client’s HR team.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow the client base and expand market presence.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless process for both clients and candidates.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to attract top talent.

Minimum Experience & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • A minimum of 4 – 7 years relevant experience
  • Proven ability to deliver on set targets
  • Proven experience as a Top Biller.
  • Able to meet strict deadlines Independently motivated
