Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Call Center Agent to join our team. This role focuses on providing exceptional customer service by efficiently handling incoming calls, performing outbound calls, and filtering callers based on predetermined criteria. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills and the ability to effectively qualify and transfer calls to appropriate agents.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from clients promptly and professionally.
- Perform outbound calls when necessary or needed.
- Evaluate clients’ needs and determine qualifications based on established criteria.
- Transfer qualified clients to appropriate agents or departments efficiently and accurately.
- Provide accurate and concise information to clients as needed.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism in all interactions.
- Follow scripts and procedures to ensure consistency and quality service delivery.
Qualifications
- With or without call center experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
- Strong verbal communication skills and active listening skills.
- Ability to assess client needs and effectively filter and transfer calls.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other call center tools.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations calmly and effectively.
- Willingness to work at 9 pm to 6 am (PH Time) on-site at San Fernando, Pampanga.
