As a part-time Marketing Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our brand’s evolution. Your day to day:
- Ensure consistency across all channels and touchpoints, reinforcing our brand image at every interaction.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to keep our strategies sharp and aligned with industry trends.
- Build and maintain our website for SEO, manage our social media platforms, and ensure all digital assets are aligned with our brand vision.
- Lead webinars, trade shows, and other events designed to acquire new leads and increase brand awareness.
- Secure press coverage and product reviews to elevate our brand’s credibility and visibility.
- Identify and develop relationships with complementary businesses for co-marketing opportunities that expand our reach.
- Develop engaging, on-brand materials that help our sales team close deals and communicate our value proposition effectively.
- Drive lead generation with both online and offline ads, carefully optimizing campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Create detailed buyer personas and implement marketing automation to efficiently nurture leads through the funnel.
- Work closely with the sales team to define, track, and optimize marketing and sales KPIs for aligned goals.
- Allocate and oversee marketing spend to ensure the highest return on investment for each initiative.
- Prepare regular reports to demonstrate marketing’s impact on business growth, ensuring transparency and accountability.
What we’re looking for:
- A proven self-starter with 5+ years of experience in marketing management, preferably in a B2B environment.
- A creative problem-solver with a strong understanding of branding principles and marketing strategies.
- Comfortable with autonomy: Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while being adaptable to wear multiple hats.
- Analytical skills: Proficiency in marketing analytics and tracking tools to measure and optimize campaign performance.
- Tech-savvy: Experience with website management, social media platforms, and advertising campaigns.
- Strong communication skills: Able to clearly articulate ideas, collaborate with internal teams, and nurture external relationships.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
This is a fully remote part-time position with flexible hours, requiring approximately 20-25 hours per week. Compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications. While this position is fully remote, you have the option to work from our office if you prefer.
