As a full-stack parking operator, we automate the operation of parking lots and parking garages. We handle everything from advertising to collecting payments from drivers and enforcing against illegal parking. We already operate 250+ parking lots and parking garages across 35 US states and we are growing quickly.

THE ROLE ????
As a Sales Operations Manager at AirGarage, you will refine and execute our go-to-market strategy, and use data to drive insights, optimize processes across the organization, and establish clear performance visibility. You will build out and maintain our sales technology stack, and work closely with cross-functional teams with hands-on problem solving collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.
This role is a mix of sales, strategy, operations, and analytics where you will have the chance to make a huge impact of the direction of AirGarage. You should be excited to dive into analyses, modeling and process improvement with a high sense of ownership, and experience building from scratch and getting things done. You will report directly to the Head of Sales Operations.
What You Will Do ????
- Data, Process & Tooling: Become the the expert on our CRM and related technology stack for system administration and performance. Design and maintain core processes and partner with sales and operations teams while providing leadership with insights — leveraging tools such as, Salesforce, Outreach, Snowflake, and Sigma.
- Operations Strategy & Cadence: Develop and drive operating rhythms, including forecasting and pipeline review. Help drive GTM planning, ensuring alignment with company objectives as well as help design the big picture, but roll up your sleeves to get into the detail, as we refine and execute on new initiatives.
- Performance Visibility & Reporting: Build reporting that identifies risks and trends, enabling data-driven decisions. Design and maintain dashboards that provide clear visibility into our operations. Generate insights about performance and drivers to guide critical decisions.
What You Need ????
- 5+ years of CRM experience in Salesforce, and working in a revenue operations function.
- Proficiency with core sales tools (e.g. Outreach, Zoominfo, Chili Piper, Avoma)
- Executive presence—adept at articulating complex information to executives with clarity and precision; skilled in navigating and resolving tradeoffs. Proven ability to communicate effectively across all levels and audiences.
- Analytical—able to comprehensively speak to operational questions, from defining assumptions to generating actionable outputs.
- Hands-on — experience and an interest in building from scratch.
- Experience with SQL, Python and/or other advanced analytics and BI/Dashboarding a plus.

Compensation Range: $120K – $150K
