Your Mission ?

We’re looking for a Content Marketing Lead who can turn our livestream sellers’ best moments into highly engaging, high-converting video ads for Meta and TikTok. Your goal? Make our sellers look like rockstars and create ads that drive sign-ups and sales.

What You’ll Do ?

  • Collaborate with sellers & livestreamers to capture, curate, and repurpose their best content into compelling ads.
  • Edit and produce short-form, high-converting video ads optimized for TikTok and Meta.
  • Test and iterate ad creatives to improve engagement, conversions, and ROI.
  • Write punchy ad scripts and captions that drive action.
  • Analyze ad performance and tweak creatives for better results.
  • Stay ahead of trends on TikTok, Meta, and e-commerce ads to keep our campaigns fresh and effective.

Requirements ?

You must be an ambitious, curious, relentless and no ego problem-solver excited to build the future of shopping. Additionally:

  • Proven experience in creating high-performance video ads (TikTok, Meta, or similar).
  • Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, or similar).
  • Excellent understanding of TikTok & Meta ad best practices.
  • History of high-volume creative output
  • Experience managing triple digits marketing budgets
  • Creative eye for viral-worthy, engaging content.
  • Experience working with influencers, sellers, or UGC creators is a big plus.
  • Ability to work fast, test, iterate, and optimize based on performance data.
  • Street-smart communication style – you know how to get sellers excited and involved.
