Key Result Area
This role will be part of the central Cash Management product team in UAE, Products covered by the role include OBDX Portal, Mobile App, H2H, API, Manage Scrum agile board.
Key Responsibilities
Support product development.
Working closely with PMO wing while leading the Product Agile Squad.
Contents writer.
UAT support.
Test case preparation.
Writing business requirements documents – BRD
Create Product Manuals / FAQs
Coordinate with Ops / Tech / Business.
Support vendor and stake holder Management.
Data Analytics.
Tech Support UI UX.
Data Migration testing / validation.
Experience
10 plus Years Banking Digital Products and Payments.
