VP Data and Analytics

Our client, a multi-business and large complex conglomerate in Abu Dhabi is currently looking for Vice President of Data & Analytics

Responsibilities:

– Lead product ideation, strategy, and end-to-end development of data solutions

– Bridge the gap between business needs and technical teams, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives

– Conduct market research to identify trends and translate insights into product features

– Define and manage product roadmaps, prioritizing features for agile execution

– Drive adoption of data products, providing training to key stakeholders

– Continuously refine and enhance products based on feedback and performance metrics

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field with a tech focus

– 12+ years of experience in product management, particularly in data solutions

– Strong background in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and stakeholder management

– Experience in analytics, AI/ML, and data-driven decision-making

– Proficiency in wireframing, prototyping, and roadmap development
