Solar Sales Representative (US) – STEAM Connect

Responsibilities

  • Territory Management: Strategically manage and grow sales in an assigned

area.

  • Training and Collaboration: Participate in training sessions and team meetings

to enhance industry knowledge and performance.

  • Lead Generation: Identify potential customers through door-to-door canvassing,

networking, and referrals.

  • Customer Education: Explain the financial, environmental, and independence

benefits of solar energy to homeowners.

  • Sales Consultations: Provide tailored consultations, discussing solar system

options, financing, and installation processes.

  • Follow-Up: Maintain consistent communication with prospects to address

questions, share information, and close sales.

  • Performance Metrics: Track and analyze sales activities to meet or exceed

targets.

-Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service throughout the sales and post-

installation process to ensure satisfaction and gain referrals.

Qualifications

  • Must hold a bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields: Engineering (any

type), Accounting, Law. (Título y Cédula Profesional son indispensables sin

  • Degree must meet the TN Visa requirements for professional positions in the

United States.

  • Strong willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Prior experience in direct sales, commission-based roles, or retail preferred.
  • Comfortable working outdoors and engaging in extended walking in varying

weather conditions.

  • Flexible with hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate

customer schedules.

  • No criminal records.
  • You will be required to pass a medical screening and anti-doping test.
