NikoHealth is a rapidly growing SaaS company transforming how Durable Medical Equipment (DME) and Home Medical Equipment (HME) providers operate. Our innovative, all-in-one platform streamlines business operations, empowering providers to work smarter and more efficiently.

We’re seeking a Training Manager to design and deliver effective training programs, ensuring our customers and team members are equipped to fully leverage our platform’s capabilities.

In this role, you’ll develop and lead engaging training sessions, create comprehensive learning materials, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve our educational offerings.

What You’ll Do

  • As a Training Manager, you’ll leverage technology to scale learning experiences and drive client user adoption
  • This role demands strategic thinking, creativity, and expertise in learning technologies, AI, and knowledge management
  • Collaborate with SMEs, partners, and vendors to design, implement, optimize, and evaluate comprehensive learning technologies
  • Drive engaging learning experiences for product education, ensuring NikoHealth customers gain proficiency with our SaaS platform
  • Drive seamless integration of learning technologies within the NikoHealth solution, delivering powerful insights and comprehensive reporting to elevate our learning and development strategy

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in learning and development or enablement with significant expertise in learning technologies (Authoring Tools, Learning Management Systems, Video and Multimedia Creation)
  • Passion for facilitating learning programs especially onboarding programs
  • Strategic thinking and leadership abilities, capable of shaping and driving the learning innovation vision at a senior level
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate effectively with SMEs, senior leaders, partners, and vendors
  • Superior communication and presentation skills, adept at engaging and influencing stakeholders at all organizational levels

  • Experience working at a company that sells a core software platform
  • Experience working with a company providing SaaS solutions to the HME/DME space

This is a remote role, but candidates must be based in the U.S.

The Pay Range For This Role Is

90,000 – 110,000 USD per year(United States)
