Job Description

We currently have an exciting 12 month Parental Leave Cover opportunity available for a Technical Operations Support Specialist to join our professional technical support team based in East Tamaki.

In This Role, You Will

  • Continuously improve processes, technology, and third-party management to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Optimize technical support processes within Salesforce and SAP to enhance efficiency.
  • Streamline Field Services operations to deliver excellent customer experience at minimal cost.
  • Manage data infrastructure, governance, and quality reporting for customers and the Professional organization.
  • Oversee reporting on operational technical activities, including third-party providers.
  • Develop and manage a network of third-party providers to enhance organizational flexibility and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with vendors and suppliers in coordination with the Supply Chain team.
  • Enhance Salesforce efficiency and drive system improvements.
  • Improve business communication processes to ensure accurate data, stock control, and machine park validation.

Qualifications

For this role as a Technical Operations Support Specialist we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:

  • Previous FMCG experience – desirable
  • Project management experience (preferred)
  • Operational background (preferred)
  • Proficient in Salesforce, SAP, or similar systems
  • Strong data analytics and reporting skills
  • Expertise in dynamic inventory management
  • Experience in third-party management
  • Ability to drive process improvements
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Valid unrestricted NZ work rights
