At Lingvano, our mission is to break down language barriers and build bridges between Deaf and hearing people, which we do through sign language courses, Deaf culture lessons, sharing stories from the Deaf community, and community-building activities.

With 3 million learners and a vision to reach many millions more, we are looking for a Head of Marketing to expand our marketing strategy and team. Tasks

  • Oversee our performance marketing channels, including paid UA (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, etc.) and CRM (email, push, in-app)
  • Oversee our paid partnership marketing (affiliate, influencer, newsletters, podcasts) and PR
  • Oversee our organic marketing channels (organic search [ASO, SEO], organic social [Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube])
  • Collaborate with the product team, including product marketing and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) operations
  • Work with our business operations team to help develop our data insights and decision-making infrastructure
  • Own our Go-To-Market strategy, in addition to brand positioning and creative strategy
  • Lead a team of 7, and hire/onboard more team members throughout 2025
  • Create and align your team’s objectives with broader company and other team objectives, and take accountability to ensure they are effectively executed throughout each quarter
  • Communicate and collaborate with cross-team leadership, as well as help inform executive planning

Requirements

  • 7+ years in digital product marketing, including 3+ years in management
  • A proven track record in optimizing paid marketing channels at-scale against CAC/ROAS targets
  • Experience in CRM, organic, and partnership marketing
  • Excellent collaboration, leadership, organizational, and analytical skills
  • A passion for accessibility and inclusion, as well as an interest in learning a sign language and working with Deaf people
  • Experience working in apps and the education verticals is a plus

This position is intended to be permanent, with 40 hours per week, and located in Austria, or remote EU. This job is open to begin immediately, but if you cannot start immediately we still encourage you to apply. The gross minimum salary based on 40 hours per week is €65,000 per year. Depending on your qualifications and experience, a higher salary and performance bonus are possible.
